Thank You Wording For Someone That Did Not Attend The Wedding Wording Thank You Cards..?

Wording thank you cards..? - thank you wording for someone that did not attend the wedding

How to word a thank you card for people who make a donation of money (and money) sent, but not sent to his wedding? We had a destination wedding with only family immeditate. Our family was not present, but sent all donations. I like to thank them stuck with the words: "Thank you for your generous wedding gift. Hope to see you soon. --- Love," which seems too short, do not you think? And I do not want to say: "We seem to have a wonderful time" either, which could touch on the face can not afford to come and help ... ! Thanks

Normally, when you write a thank you, thank the person for the gift (in particular). Is this a cash donation, it is worth noting that it now or in the future (money savings, you can add a canopy to the house payment, buy make whatever). Then you have something personal, the person who sent the gift to mention, but not really, the gift or the opportunity (in the context, "We look forward to it at Christmas, Aunt Jane!" Or: "We are pleased know that you got the job!), you can then close the note, and not in the short or too generally been! Hope this helps!

John and I would like to take this opportunity to say how much we appreciate your generous donation. We regret the missed celebrating with us, you've really missed. I hope that we can react quickly, so we can enjoy dinner together. Thanks again and hope to see you soon. John and Margaret.

Wow! You're right! This is a hard to believe, out there! I would say, probably much for your thoughts are with us in one of the most important days of our lives. I appreciate the kindness and love she gave us both the gift. That means a lot to us. Or something like that! Just thinking of you and thanks for the gift! I hope this helps a little! Good luck!

All our customers have money and that's usually what I wrote on the card:

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Jones

Thanks to you both very much for your generous donation. We are so pleased that you celebrate with us on our special day, and we hope to see you soon.

Thank you again,

I'm not from the marriage. I would simply say

"Dear Uncle John and Aunt Susan,

Thank you for your generous donation. We really appreciate that we are to start our lives together. We hope you are well and hope to see you soon!

Love,

Jason and Karen "
