In the 30th to close on my house April. I was only an estimate in good faith. How much of the good faith estimate of the real is I can not be closed down on the table?

Your mortgage broker or lender or company should be able to give an exact figure on the day before the closure. In most states there is a law they have to have the HUD-1 statement 24 hours prior to colonization.
