Silicon Camera Cases Success! Does Brand Name Battery For Camera Make A Difference?

Does brand name battery for camera make a difference? - silicon camera cases success!

I have to buy the Olympus 1030SW and wanted an extra battery. The Olympus is $ 30, but I can have any name, all with the case of silicon (15.00), and tripod and buy other things) for about $ 30.

Is there a difference? Going to the Dogs and the damage to my camera?

Thank you!

The interesting thing about the battery ... Camera manufacturers do not. They are the cameras. Someone Else not the battery, and Olympus (or anyone) buy and with his name on it. If evidence of a battery, make sure there is a substitution, and not something close to "reasonable". When all data are equal, is a producer much like another. Slight differences, but must adhere to a standard.

Consider gasoline. Federal regulations require that a single set of rules, so any brand that works on any brand. If you get 25 mpg of a brand, you can got 26 mpg, by another manufacturer. But there is really no big difference.

And a spare battery directly, can damage or ruin the camera.
